The company idea
Understand the company before changing the technology.
Livnium began in March 2025 as an IT services company with a direct promise: understand how a client operates, remove steps that do not need to exist, and use custom software, automation, AI, and infrastructure to make the business faster and easier to scale.
That purpose remains the company layer above everything else. The later research did not replace it. It added a technical laboratory and a set of reusable foundations.

Technical leadership
Chetan Patil
TECHNICAL LEAD · ENGINEER
Chetan leads Livnium's technical work. He is a software engineer with a background in banking software and mobile engineering, delivering production systems in environments where correctness, auditability, and reliability are not optional.
Alongside client work, he runs Livnium's research programs in applied AI and geometric computing. The research is published openly — with baselines, limitations, and negative results included — because the same evidence standard applies to client recommendations.

The timeline is intentionally simple: client service came first, the geometric foundation came later, and AI systems were built above that foundation without being confused with it.
Livnium begins as a technology services company.
The focus is business improvement through custom technology, automation, and practical engineering.
Livnium Core emerges from geometric research.
A reversible cube-based encoding and permutation system develops into a tested developer foundation.
Learned systems are built above Core.
Collapse AI, NLI, embeddings, and generation become separate research programs—not properties of Core itself.
The architecture becomes explicit.
